Meet Your Coach, Lisa Eliason
MA, NBC-HWC, ACSM-CPT, ACE-BCS
Lisa has been passionate about wellness for nearly two decades, beginning her career in 2007 as an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and Wellness Coordinator at the Glacial Area YMCA in Wisconsin. After earning her MA in Coaching and Athletic Administration, in 2020, she moved to Colorado Springs to work as a Health Coach where she continued to grow her expertise, earning certifications as a Wellcoach, National Board Certified Health Coach, and ACE Certified Behavior Change Specialist. With nearly 4,000 hours of coaching experience, Lisa is dedicated to helping clients build motivation and strength to break unhealthy habits and develop new behaviors, ultimately preventing illness and supporting disease reversal.



Health in Body, Mind and Spirit
In her personal world, Lisa is mom to Rachel, Jesse, Anna and Adam, and “Grammie” to Ezra, Lottie, Max and Canaan, who are the delight of her life. She is a lover of most outdoor adventures. She has enjoyed running and racing for over 35 years and often competes in local trail races in the mountains of Colorado. Lisa has also earned certifications as a running coach and enjoys helping runners reach their full potential. Her most compelling passion is to help people experience their best health in body, mind and spirit.
