IMPORTANT: In every state, most HSA’s will reimburse Health Coaching Fees when a Letter of Medical Necessity is obtained from your medical doctor and submitted to your HSA. If reimbursement is desired, this LMN must be secured from your practitioner PRIOR to the first session in order to confirm eligibility and so that reimbursement receipts and the LMN may be submitted to your HSA provider.
