THE WHAT

What would working with a coach look like?

Coaching typically happens weekly or bi-weekly with 50-minute sessions, either in-person or virtual. These connections will focus on reviewing goals, celebrating progress, addressing challenges, discussing/brainstorming effective ideas, and setting new, achievable goals. With a client-centered and personalized approach, each session will be designed to boost your confidence and help you find the best path forward.
